global warming or global freezing ?

why on earth did I pose that question?

because I live in a tropical nation and it’s usually hot.. and for today, it’s freezing breezing windy, here.

the world were hailed upon a situation called ‘global warming’, and warming is suppose to be warm or hot!

so.. experts, why ? give me some theory, here..
